I have just installed a “sprint broad band card” and now I get a blue screen after I am on the internet for a long period of time, about an hour or two. It says that it is begining physical dump of memory and to disable shadowing or chaching (?? not sure how to do that)? Is my laptop getting to hot, did I get a virus, is my hard drive going to crash, or what. I also have Spyware with virus and microtrend antivirus. Could they be causing the problem? I have had the virus scans for about 2-3 months and I have just installed the sprint card a week or two ago. The problem really started after the card was installed. Please help! Cindy
