Here is an example on how simple it is to replace a laptop or notebook LCD Screen. www.laptoplcdscreens.com.au has shown how easy it is to change the screen which makes it a more feasible exercise. Just to note, this process is not hard, it is however delicate. This is for informational purposes only. If you are unsure of the process we recomend you get a technician to replace the screen. Be aware that any hardware changes done by yourself can void a warranty with your manufacturer.

Yea Yea. Not my question, man. =)
@ATCRyderX yea, just go into bios and tell your laptop to use only external display only
OMG, THANK YOU SOO MUCH!! I never changed a screen before and I had to do it today at my internship. I followed your instructions step by step on a slightly diff4eret model and it worked perfectly!!! 5 STARS!!!!!
I have a Inspiron B130–Screen is ruined. I’ve run it off the VGA Port for as long as I’ve had it. Can I completely remove the screen half and still just run the external monitor (as I’ve always done)??
